History

Sue Bond Public Relations was established in 1982, specialising in fine arts, antiques and cultural events. Since then the company has represented a diverse range of clients within the art world, including world-famous museums, stately homes, auction houses, charities, award ceremonies, publications and national and international touring exhibitions.

Prior to establishing SBPR, Sue Bond worked extensively with the media and the art world. She worked in Sotheby's Press Office for a number of years before becoming Assistant Editor and then European Editor of Connoisseur magazine. She wrote a regular Collectors' Column in The Times and was the London correspondent for the Dutch fine arts magazine Tableau for many years.

Today the company works with commercial galleries and public institutions. Sue Bond's familiarity with both the subject matter and the market place, and her respected reputation with the press, means that she has an unrivalled position in the field of public relations for the arts.
